L'entrecôte, rôtir la pomme de terre et l'igname avec les brocolis.

A simple Sunday dinner, I used the big ass fry pan to sear the meat before roasting, also to blacken the yams, we love that blackened taste, and the spuds were nice and crunchy on the outside.

Yesterday was a more pleasant one for being out and about, the wind dropped off or was non existent making for a nice walk, temps were higher too. .

We do need more snow though, not much in the short term forecast, temperatures do not look that low either.
