Maybe not a canard, but rumors abound.

CBC Labrador Morning dispelled some of those this morning in relation to the water break and the school population..

The principal of JMHS was interviewed; some of the schools population will be going back today, some more tomorrow and more next week. Some classes will be part time some full time and some farmed out to other buildings.

It’s still in planning stages, but for now it goes something like this; Senior High will have classes all day. The ground floor of the “big school” has a trickle of water in the bathrooms; buckets of water will be brought in to supplement flushing.
Junior High will report to the school this afternoon and local of class rooms will be pointed out then.
Primary will be asked to turn up some time soon; things will be sorted out as to where classes will be held.

As of now the board rooms in the Fire Hall and Community Government as well as the Community Hall will be used.
Quite a headache logistically for school staff and others involved, but exams are later this month.
