Nice fish from the cool waters around Hopedale.

Vacuum packed it keeps really well.

Cooked in pork fat with onions it tastes bloody great.


















Weather still the pits, freezing drizzle and fog, forecast not looking good for next number of days.

Oh that looks so good! I've been able to get it in Boston once, and it was $18/lb.
