Managed to get another meal out of the prime rib [poor oh Tom].Served with potato zucchini fritters, mushrooms, asparagus.
Today is supposed to be the start day of a new ceiling to be installed in da house. Be a bit of chaos and messy for a week, but worth it in the end.

Brian, I'm amazed that you have asparagus in January. Maybe you could write sometime about the availability and cost of fresh fruit and vegetables in the winter? Could you take photos of these sections of your store?
Usually a good supply, sometimes it is rather skinny but I do0nt buy them then.
When time permits I will try get some photos.
