Further to yesterdays post on the former RNC officer and comments closed on the CBC site, well comments are open on further article pertaining to that story.
A plea deal was cut with the crown it seems. But if there is enough outcry maybe it can still be appealed by the justice department, not up on the law that much, just up on common sense. What is that saying again……………oh yeah, justice is an ass some times.

Once the judge has made the ruling, I don't suppose it can be changed, in spite of the fact that most people seem to be outraged by the decision.
