No wonder the stocks are depleted. Look at the size of this bloody thing http://www.smh.com.au/news/whale-watch/plea-for-help-over-blazing-whaler/2007/02/15/1171405349308.html one of six in that fleet alone, barstards.
If the lady had gone AWOL, or been busted for drugs or DUI, or been a white male she could have been a contender. Instead all her hard work is yanked from her, barstards. http://www.smh.com.au/news/world/sarge-stripped-of-rank/2007/02/15/1171405356229.html

Since your blog is getting popular, I thought I would use it as a forum to publicize an issue that I think not too many people know about. Maybe you can take it and roll with it. Its about the Nain landfill, and it is just plain silly, there is more land around here than you can shake a stick at, yet the town council are concerned that the existing one will fill up if they don't burn the garbage, so they are buying a multi-million dollar incinerator so a couple families around the point at the airport don't smell smoke when the wind blows. Why not just let that land fill fill up and then open a new one somewhere else?? You can't tell me there is not enough land adjacent to the existing land fill to hold the towns garbage for the next 200 years. No one uses that land, except to access the fishing in the summer, so to extend the landfill beyond its existing boundaries would not only save millions of dollars, it would provide easier access for vehicles going into the bay to fish. The town can use those millions of dollars to improve the recreational facilities (build a swimming pool, golf course or curling rink) and build housing lots, open small business that help meet the needs of the locals (such as a wood lot , automotive garage or machine shop). Thanks for letting me 'share your blog'.
P.S. People need to get out to town council meetings and get involved. There's one tonight.
Hmmm, vely interlesting.
So many things to do, so little of me to do it.
