Ullo ullo, what do we have ear?

On the shipping front things have not changed much. The "Dutch" is anchored off Hopedale waiting for the winds to subside so she can dock. "Dutch" is on her way south to Lewisport after taking ten days to do the run from Goose Bay to Nain.
In past years it usually took the boats ten days to do the run from Lewisport to Nain.

With fall upon us we can expect further delays.

Even when "Dutch'" does make it to port not a lot of supplies are on her anyway. This last run up the coast from Goose Bay there was not a thing for one of the stores there. Now there may be other reasons for this other than the shipping company, but you keep hearing strange anecdotes off  inadequate freight handling and acceptance at the dock in Lewisport.
I mentioned this to the incumbent in the upcoming election. Protestations of there 'being no freight left at the dock' falls on deaf ears when there is so much anecdotal evidence to the contrary.

Geeze, your pic looks like some of my "liver smoothies" I made for grad work...chemical testing. I'm sure it's yummy berry sauce but...maybe red isn't my fav colour;)
