I have no bloody idea why this sort of stuff goes on, it is 2006, not 1944. Could it be the small voter base? lack of vocal leadership? lack of civil society involvement? I know I have done my best to bring these things to the attention of the pols. One big on going battle for sure.
looks pretty clean in the pic where the musicians are. looks like dirty passengers to me. i/ve seen similiar on the gulf ferry here when everyone left ship after arriving in port.

I wish Groupe Desgagné — the people who run the coastal boat in Quebec — would get the contract to run the Ranger.
They would NEVER let the boat get as filthy as it is now. It's disgraceful.
