I could have been a contender if not for my aversion to bureaucratic mumbo jumbo. For reasons other than art I applied a couple of times, ten minutes in conversation with the fine folk who administer those grants and interest free loans I went screaming out the door. Better to spend an hour with the Labrador black fly [which we just did] than ten minutes with those fine folk.
I took these three pictures the other day, despite battling the ferocious flies, and superimposed them on top of each other to get the picture below.

If your application wasn't sufficiently mumbo or jumbo, I think there are websites you can go on that translate plain English into Bureaucrat.
