Tried some crepes last nught and for breakfast this morning. Last nights were a blue berry and my version of a crepe suzette [lemon and sugar].
This morning it was with mushrooms and a light blue cheese sauce.

Looking like a great day on the cards, it got up to +18 yesterday and could get up there today.

We always had pancakes (or crepes) rolled up with lemon ond sugar, there's no other way to have them!
Yours look delicious - the proper crepe version.
We had buttermilk pancakes for breakfast on Sunday.
For us it was the lemon and sugar version, plus banana, yoghurt and maple syrup.
I am not a big fan of pancakes lately. But those crepes,wow, best with sugar and lemon for the sweet ones I agree, I have some organic sugar [that I use sparingly] sprinkled on the crepe then lemon.
