It may be early stages of the feasibility study, but already the words are out for Happy Valley Goose Bay to be the location for the stone processing plant.
Why ship it to Goose Bay for processing?
Nunatsiavut Government was not set up to benefit any other area except Nunatsiavut, was it?
Or at least that was the perception at the time.
Goose Bay businesses [on the whole] don’t do any favors for the people of the coast, why should the favors flow the other way?
Time to talk about this is now, not when it is too late.
