The end is neigh2.

Rissoles.

Had one of my favorites last evening. Not the traditional rissoles that my mom used to serve up, very heavy on the savory, diced onion and green peppers they were. Tried some Cajun style spices this time, not bad, especially with the yam and potato mash.

The weather sure is going to take a three sixty. Precipitation in the form of liquid and solid is forecast with dramatic drop in temps.

The region set some highs for the day yesterday. Goose Bay 22, several coastal communities including Nain 16. I think GB was highest in the country.

The tomato tamarto sauce was layered on after the photo op in case someone was wondering.

Hi Brian, Andante here. We've made it to Lewisporte, NFL and will haul out here for the winter. Hope to be back your way next fall. Thanks for your help and giving my sister-in-law a ride to the airport! She made it home with an easy trip. Hope the real snow starts flying soon. Cheers,
Alison,

Ohh Brian looks mighty fine!
Tried bread again. Not too bad. Bit everytime
It has a different aroma texture consistency.
I'm going to. Send fran a couple things.
You have any requests?
My best fond wishes to you both.
Jonathan

Your are getting the idea Jonathan, it is not supposed to be consistent [boring] but different every time. At least that's is the way I like it. Practice practice, inconsistent, inconsistent.

You mentioned a good quality dog brush you could get your hands on.

Oh yeah, you should give the no kneed bread a go.

That dog brush was one of the two items for fran.
